TELEMETRY will be presented at the upcoming ETSI Security Conference, taking place from 6 to 9 October 2025 at ETSI Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France. This flagship annual event brings together leading experts from government, academia, standards bodies, and industry to discuss the latest developments in cybersecurity and standardization.
At the conference, TELEMETRY will be represented in two ways. Telecom Italia (TIM), with Paolo De Lutiis, will present a poster titled “TELEMETRY: a novel approach to cybersecurity testing and assurance” outlining the project’s overall framework and tools, with a focus on application in telecommunication use cases. A special deep dive will highlight the preliminary results achieved in the Telecom use cases, based on the internal Telecom Italia validation and certification process for network and IoT devices prior to their mass deployment in critical infrastructure.
In parallel, Nokia will showcase a live demo on cybersecurity resilience in smart manufacturing. Robert Seidl and Jens Kuhr will illustrate the risks that emerge in highly connected industrial environments -where production machines, IoT devices, and networks are increasingly “smart” and online- and how TELEMETRY can support the detection of threats and help protect the integrity of such complex systems.
Through these contributions, TELEMETRY will showcase how its holistic approach can enhance security testing and monitoring in different industry sectors, from telecommunication to aviation and manufacturing.
