As project coordinator, NOKIA hosted the TELEMETRY consortium’s kick-off meeting at its premises in Munich, Germany, from 12 to 14 September 2023.
As the first in-person meeting of the consortium, the kick-off offered partners the opportunity to get to know each other, present their organisations, and clarify their respective roles in the project.
During the meeting, partners discussed the project’s execution plan, the tools to be developed, and the expected results. The consortium also worked on defining what TELEMETRY aims to achieve by the end of the project, while initial discussions focused on the scope of the use cases and the dependencies between partners.
The meeting also included discussions on the action plan for the first six months of the project, including the forthcoming deliverables and the immediate priorities for the consortium.
The Munich meeting gave partners the chance to align on the project’s objectives, discuss the first planned activities, and set the groundwork for the collaboration that followed during the initial phase of TELEMETRY.
