From 12 to 14 March 2024, the TELEMETRY consortium met in Rome, Italy, for one of the project’s first in-person meetings, hosted by ENGINEERING at its premises.
The meeting brought partners together at an important early stage of the project, offering the opportunity to further discuss the planned use cases, their storylines, and the role of the TELEMETRY tools in supporting them. Over the three days, partners exchanged views on the specific needs of each use case and worked towards a shared understanding of how these will be reflected in the project’s technical architecture.
Part of the discussions focused on the first version of the TELEMETRY architecture and on how the different components of the project can be connected in a coherent and practical way. This was an important step in ensuring that the technical work and the use case activities move forward in close coordination.
The consortium also discussed the action plan for the next six months, including the forthcoming deliverables and the main priorities for the upcoming period.
The meeting in Rome helped partners align on the next steps and strengthened the common direction of the project as TELEMETRY continues to move from planning to implementation.
