As Europe works to strengthen the security and trustworthiness of its digital infrastructure, the TELEMETRY project continues to contribute with cutting-edge research and active engagement across the cybersecurity community.
The TELEMETRY project has successfully completed its Month 18 interim review, marking a key milestone in its mission to enhance trust and security in smart connected systems. The evaluation by the European Commission reflected the project’s ongoing progress and its contributions to securing complex IoT environments through explainable and human-centred cybersecurity solutions.
As part of its dissemination and community-building efforts, TELEMETRY recently co-organised the Workshop on Whole-Lifecycle Security for Smart Systems: Methods and Tools (LIFESEC) in collaboration with the DOSS project. The event gathered researchers and practitioners to discuss new approaches for end-to-end security in smart systems. More information on the workshop is available on the project’s website.
TELEMETRY also continues to strengthen its presence in the European cybersecurity landscape by contributing to two strategic EU clusters: the European Cluster for Cybersecurity Certification and the European Cyber Security Community Initiative (ECSCI). Through its active participation in working groups and events, the project supports the goals of these initiatives, aiming to feed its research outcomes into wider efforts for harmonised certification, policy alignment, and cross-sector cooperation.
Members of the TELEMETRY consortium are consistently present at conferences and stakeholder events across Europe, where they share research findings and present the project’s evolving use cases and tools. These contributions reflect the project’s applied focus and its ambition to deliver practical, scalable, and trustworthy cybersecurity solutions for real-world applications.
In line with its commitment to transparency and knowledge sharing, TELEMETRY has published a growing number of open access scientific papers, available through the TELEMETRY website’s Publications section. This open approach helps ensure that research developed within TELEMETRY is accessible to the broader scientific and technical community.
